Meet our team at Fortitude Health Co!

Katie Matulic ✨✨

Katie holds a Cert III & IV in Fitness, a Cert IV in Nutrition, and is also a Sports Nutrition Advisor and Wellness Coach. She’s recently completed further study in Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Athletic Performance through Core Advantage, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science to expand her knowledge even further.

At Fortitude, Katie works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, supporting clients across performance, rehabilitation and general health goals. She has a particular interest in athletic development and helping people return to full strength after injury.
Katie’s coaching style is fun, outgoing and considerate. She believes every client is unique, with their own goals and motivations, and her role is to guide them by asking the right questions, putting their needs first, and tailoring the process to what works best for them.

Outside of the gym, Katie enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. She values the feeling of freedom that running gives her, and finds Fortitude to be a space where both she and her clients can continue to thrive.

Olivia Symes ✨✨

Olivia brings a strong foundation of study and hands-on experience to her coaching, holding a Graduate Certificate in Sport & Exercise, along with Cert III & IV in Fitness, a Diploma in Sports Development & Coaching, and the highly regarded Core Advantage S&C Internship. She is currently expanding her expertise through further study in Clinical Pilates.

At Fortitude, Olivia works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, with a passion for athletic development, youth training, female performance, and rehab-to-return-to-sport pathways.

Her coaching style is calm, supportive, and clear—her demonstrations and education helps every client understand the why behind each movement.
