Maddi Boyer - Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor & Founder

Maddi Boyer is our physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates instructor, and founder of Fortitude Health Co. With a Master of Physiotherapy, a background in exercise science, and experience in elite sport, Maddi combines evidence-based practice with lived experience to deliver high-level rehabilitation and performance care.

A former Australian team water skier, she has worked in elite sporting environments including AFL pathways. Her own journey through serious injury, multiple concussions, and pre- and postpartum recovery has shaped her empathetic, holistic approach.

Maddi founded Fortitude to bring elite-level care to regional communities, supporting athletes and everyday individuals to build strength, resilience, and confidence.
