Recorded live at Cullulleraine Music Festival, this conversation with Ben Fowler Benji and the Saltwater Sound System and Robyn Martin explores how music supports mental health through expression, connection and shared human experience.

From songwriting as a form of processing grief and loss, to music as meditation, movement, and community — this interview is a powerful reminder that wellbeing doesn’t always look structured or clinical. Sometimes it looks like creativity, vulnerability and simply being heard.

A deeply human conversation about music, mental health, and connection. We loved speaking with Ben and Robyn and hope you enjoy this conversation.

Recorded live at the Cullulleraine Music Festival this special edition of the Mental Health Mallee Podcast features Vince Warnock — international speaker, author of 11+ books, host of Chasing The Insights, and founder of Business Mind Magazine.

Vince opens up about his journey from a childhood without a voice to becoming a global advocate for helping others share theirs. He discusses imposter syndrome, authenticity, ADHD, and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people.

From standing on stage as one of Adobe’s Top 50 Marketers in the World to supporting entrepreneurs and creatives through self-doubt, Vince’s story is a reminder that every story matters — and that growth begins outside your comfort zone.
