This is Mary. I had a dream about her last night. I used AI using the description of her as up til right now the vividness of the dream is still with me. Mary died in the 1800s according to her. In my dream she manifested very strongly from a beautiful spiritual light to a full body person that I could actually touch. She was full of love and kindness and in this dream there was even a part where we took a photo together with her arms around me and I said, "I bet you won't even show up in the picture!" But she did clear as day. It was just a very strange but beautiful dream which included my father and I in it and my mother but more centered on me and my father.

I have since done a reading and discovered through connecting that Mary is a real woman who did pass in the 1800s, she is related to me through my father's side of the family and she is my spiritual protector. I will be receiving more visitation dreams from her ❤️

I want to share my journey on this page, as any healing is spiritual. I can't tell you how just after 3 days on the medication the doctor prescribed how it has helped! I was told a week or 2 but after googling to see if I was just having a placebo effect, it turns out there are lots of people who have experienced the same! The aches in my body have gone, no headache, I am so calm, my mind is so quiet. I have not felt so good in YEARS!! onwards and upwards as it can only get even better. Don't be afraid or ashamed to ask for help.

You all deserve an explanation as to why I have been so lax with things lately. And I'm proud of what I'm going to say because I was brave enough and strong enough to say "I'm not okay" and reach out for help. For the past year and a half I've noticed changes in my emotional state. Everyday is a rollercoaster. It got to the point where I would have pretty flat black days and that's what scared me. My body has been full of aches, headaches, no interest in doing anything. I knew there was a problem. Depression is not talked about a lot but I'm here to tell you to not be ashamed. Life hands us cards and we just need to adjust. The doctor is working with me with medication and I have just finished a big shop of foods that help with seratonin levels. I am just starting my journey but 2 days in with help I'm feeling much better and know that this is what I've been needing all along. Please don't be ashamed or scared to ask for help.
