Instead of forcing your mind to be quiet, the sound helps it settle naturally.

What do we allow these days?

We allow busy schedules.
We allow pressure.
We allow ourselves to keep going, even when we’re exhausted.

But do we allow ourselves to pause?
To soften?
To not be everything for everyone?

In a gentle yoga practice, allowing looks different.

Allowing your breath to slow.
Allowing your body to release.
Allowing yourself to not perform, not prove, not be anyone else.

Sometimes that pause is the most powerful thing you can do.
