This is Nathan's office. Before and after. 🏡

For a while, the clutter had built up and the space had stopped feeling like his own. Getting it back felt overwhelming. So we worked on it together.

Nathan decided what to keep, how to organise it, and what the space should feel like. Our support worker was right there alongside him the whole way. Not doing it for him, but with him.

That's what person centred support looks like at Murray Darling Supports. It's not about our agenda. It's about yours.

MDS is growing and we are hiring! 🌱

Murray Darling Supports is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Casual Support Worker to join our wonderful team here in Mildura.

What we are looking for:

✅ Valid driver's licence
✅ Working with Children's Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
✅ Comfortable participating in swimming activities
✅ Available before and after school hours and on weekends
✅ Experience in support work is preferable but not essential

This role has real room to grow. As you develop within our team, the opportunity to increase your hours grows with you.

Did you catch us on River 1467 yesterday? 📻

Our founder Bec had the most wonderful time chatting with the team at River 1467 about everything Murray Darling Supports is doing right here in our community.

She spoke about how important it is for everyone in our region to be able to access the NDIS, the free advice we offer to anyone who reaches out, and the exciting community events we have in the works as we continue to figure out what Mildura needs to feel more connected and inclusive.

And we have to say, the kind words from the radio host absolutely made our day. Hearing that MDS is making a real difference and that there is no better place to turn for support means everything to our whole team.

We are just getting started and we cannot wait to share what is coming next.

Putting in the effort towards big goals 🚗
