We just want to take a moment to say thank you to each and every one of you for supporting our small family business. Your trust, kindness, and continued support truly means the world to us.

Seeing so many familiar and friendly faces at our Christmas gathering filled us with so much pride and gratitude. It reminded us why we do what we do and how lucky we are to be part of such an amazing community.

REMINDER TO ALL PARTICIPANTS / CARERS / FAMILY MEMBERS

PM X-Phys will be hosting another Christmas lunch at the Irymple Hotel. This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate our achievements throughout the year of 2025.

If you haven't already added your name to our list, could you please let us know by emailing admin@pmxphys.com by Thursday 11/12 for catering purposes.

Please note that the gym will be closed from 12pm Thursday 18th while we enjoy our celebrations together, reopening for our final day of the year Friday 19/12.

As we head into the holiday season, please note our updated closure times:

📅 Festive Season Closure:
We will be closed from Monday 22nd December and reopen on Monday 12th of January.

During this busy period, we kindly ask all participants to let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This helps us manage our schedule and avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Troy for his contributions to PM X-Phys, and assisting us in making it the community that it is. Troy has built great relationships with our participants and will be solemnly missed.

Troy we wish you all the best for your new change in career, and would like to also wish you and Amy all the best with tying the knot next month 👰🤵‍♂️

PM Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation are now offering 'Rehabilitation Memberships'

Have you ever seen a specialist for an injury or chronic condition, and then just been sent on your way to complete functional exercises, with little to no readily available equipment??

We want to break this barrier, and give all participants the best chance to kick start their rehab. Our memberships offer over 40hrs per week of SUPERVISED REHABILITATION SESSIONS, unlimited access to our Hydrotherapy exercise groups and more.

With weekly memberships, there is no lock in contract allowing flexibility for all.
