⭐️THE LOWER LIMB CONFERENCE 2025⭐️

We were incredibly excited to return to The Lower Limb Conference for another year last weekend in Brisbane at the incredible VALD. From assessment and management for running injuries to footwear, from dermatology to balance and play — we soaked up all things lower limb at this wonderful conference! We’re excited as always to bring new knowledge and techniques back to the clinic to share with you all 💪🏼🦶🏼

☀️ Get your feet summer ready! ☀️

As the weather warms up and sandals make a comeback, it’s the perfect time to start giving your feet some extra care.
Regularly applying a good quality foot moisturiser helps:
🦶 Prevent dry, cracked heels
💧 Keep skin soft and supple
🛡️ Maintain the natural barrier that protects against infection

✨ Tip: Apply moisturiser after your shower or before bed, focusing on the heels and soles — but avoid between the toes to prevent excess moisture buildup. Our personal favourite is Revive Daily foot cream which helps to soften dry and calloused skin without feeling greasy

✨ Warm up your feet, wake up your movement! ✨

Try this simple foot routine to get your toes and ankles ready for the day (or your workout):

1️⃣ Toe crunches
2️⃣ Ankle pumps
3️⃣ Massage ball release
4️⃣ Toe spreader rotations
5️⃣ Toe mobilisation/stretch.

Just do it a little slower than Claire in the video 😂 spend approx 1 minute on each movement.

Stronger, more mobile feet = a stronger, more mobile you 👣💪
