We offer a variety of classes to suit all levels of fitness, experience and individual needs. Specialising in Reformer Pilates classes, focusing on the full body to improve strength and flexibility, dynamic movement, stability and lean muscle definition.

‼️ If you’ve been wondering.. here are a couple Q&A’s we’ve been getting a lot of lately.. 😝

1. Will the studio be closing?
We LOVE our Pilates community, the studio is a second home to us and the show (classes)🤭 will go on when Alina takes time off to have her baby 🥰 rest assured, and don’t worry about that! 😮‍💨

2. Who will take Alina’s classes?
We are currently on the look out 👀 for one or two more instructors to join the team 🩷 if you or someone you know 😉 might be interested, don’t be scared to reach out 😍

3. Is Alina having a boy or girl? 🙈
This will be a surprise for us all 😍 but keep your guesses coming, they are always fun! 🤩🩷🩵 Alina doesn’t mind, Simon thinks boy 😝

Abbey recently moved to Mildura from Geelong, and has been teaching Reformer Pilates in Geelong as well as studying physiotherapy 🩷 we’re super excited to have her on board, and know you will LOVE her classes too! 🔥♥️
