Our core services are to provide individualised supports for seniors and people with disabilities including their families to reach their potential, have positive life experiences and achieve their life goals. To assist, we:
Offer a life long support for people with disabilities, beginning as young as five, through to the twilight years. Offer a full suite of services and accommodation options including: respite (emergency and planned), supported accommodation, independent living, training, educational programs, recreation and social opportunities to connect within the community. Deliver services in a wide range of locations and settings including (but not limited to) - client homes, SRS Respite and in the community, 24 hours, 7 days a week (excluding some public holidays).

Our social day program is designed especially for older adults in Sunraysia who want to get out and about, try something new or simply enjoy time with others in a safe, relaxed and welcoming setting.

Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Friendly outings to local spots, cafés and attractions
- Fun activities like trivia, games and bus trips around our beautiful region
- A cosy home base for a cuppa, chat or a quiet read if that’s more your style
- Flexible attendance so come along every week or just when it suits you
- No need to worry about how to get here, we will collect you and drop you back home

CONNECT is all about friendship, fun and community, a safe space where you can feel comfortable, included, and free to join in as much (or as little) as you like.
