Emotions and physical issues. 🌟

Many diseases start with difficult experiences and emotions that we didn't express in childhood or later in life.
Instead of passing, they stay in the body like frozen pain. From that moment on, the body lives in tension and can't fully relax.
We can look normal on a daily basis - smile, joke, work. However, inside, the body operates in threat mode. This weakens immunity, slows down digestion, and drains energy.
Over time, pains, infections, or even more serious illnesses appear. We often think it's due to age or coincidence, but in reality, it's the old emotions that block natural healing.
Our body can return to health when we regain love, peace, and joy. Then the tension releases, and the body starts to regenerate itself. This is our natural state, to which we can always return. ❤️

The absolute best workshop we had today. Ended up being small and intimate with late cancellations but obviously meant for whoever was there to be life changing as always when we get together with Allan Meers and Joy Brisbane. Such beautiful energy that you both bring to my Healing house and those that have the privilege to meet you both. I have not had so many laughs and insights for a long time. Hoping that I can get you both back next year at some stage if I ask nicely.
