A new week is beginning at Princes Court, shaped by familiar routines, shared moments and a chance to reflect on Australia Day tomorrow 🇦🇺

Residents will enjoy a mix of themed activities, creative sessions and time spent together across the week, alongside the steady rhythm of daily favourites.

Highlights this week include:
🇦🇺 Monday – Australia Day activities, including Aussie quiz, build-your-own pavlova bar and Australian Picture Bingo
🚌 Tuesday – Bus outings and morning tea
💇 Wednesday – Hairdresser (9am–4pm) with physio fun and bingo
👥 Thursday – Men’s Group and Carpet Bowls
🎉 Friday – Happy Hour and monthly birthday celebration
🎬 Saturday – Movie Time
⛪ Sunday – Livestreamed Church Service

Alongside these are the regular walking group, morning tea and movement sessions that support connection and wellbeing each day.

A refreshed Board and a strong start to 2026.

Following our November 2025 AGM, Princes Court has confirmed Board leadership and membership changes as we move into the new year under the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

The update also shares how we’re strengthening community connection through the Mallee’s Living Histories, supporting people living with dementia and their carers through GreenConnect, and building future capacity for Mildura through our Together building project.

What a morning!
We were thrilled to host the launch of Mallee’s Living Histories Book 7 last week – a celebration of people, stories and community, and a privilege to mark the sharing of 100 local stories.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us in person or online, to all who helped bring this milestone event to life, and to our storytellers, families, volunteer authors and supporters who made the room feel so connected and alive.
