We’re running a HYROX Sim on Sunday, 15th March.

THE FIRST STEP: Foundations 1:1 Sessions with Shae before stepping into small group classes at Thrive 💫

This is a 4 week private training option designed to build confidence, technique, and consistency, so when you join group sessions, you’re ready.

Why start with 1:1?
- Learn correct technique and movement patterns
- Build strength and capacity at your own pace
- Reduce injury risk before higher-volume training
- Transition into small group classes feeling confident, not overwhelmed

This option is ideal if you’re new to training, returning after time off, or want a solid foundation before group sessions.

Most people are ready to move into groups in about four weeks, but there’s no fixed timeline. You might feel ready sooner, or want a few extra 1:1 sessions, or even keep one private session while starting group classes. We’ll adjust it to what feels right for you ✨
