BURPEES FOR B***S 💕

⏰ 7:45am Free Full Body Burn Class
📍 Thrive Fitness Mildura

We’re raising money for Barb Chaplin, one of our very own, who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Every $1 raised = 1 burpee… and you get to pick which coach cops it!

💪 The free session will run in the gym space. Pilates classes will run as usual, although if you are attending Pilates you can still donate and watch coaches complete their burpees.

🔥 The session is suitable for all abilities.

🤍 Please arrive by 7:45am for donations and allocating your burpees. Class runs from 8:00am - 8:45am.

✔️ Can’t make class but want to donate? Please arrive by 8:40am to make a donation, and allocate burpees — instructors will begin these at 8:50am sharp. No bookings required to do this.

This class was a crowd favourite pre-covid and we’ve only bought it back a few months ago! The most perfect way to finish your week — slow, strong + low impact.

Meet Liv — the newest face joining the Thrive instructor crew ✨

With a Cert III & IV in Fitness, a Diploma in Sports Development + Coaching, and experience learning from some of the highest levels in Australia through the Carlton College Football Program, Liv knows her stuff. She’s also deepening her craft with Pilates studies right now (because growth never stops).

Her favourite part of being an instructor? The people. She lives for seeing clients hit their goals and the connections built along the way.

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll catch her around all things sport, especially footy.
