This year’s theme - Occupational Therapy in Action - invites us to highlight the creativity, problem-solving, and compassion that defines Occupational Therapy.

At Lime Therapy, we see this in action every day - in the small wins, the big breakthroughs, and the moments that matter most to our clients.

💚 This OT Week, we’re here to celebrate the work our OTs do and the lives they help transform.

OTs help people of all ages live life to the fullest. They’re the ones behind the scenes, making sure people can do what matters most to them - safely, confidently, and independently.

Here’s just a glimpse of what our Occupational Therapists do:

✅ Help older adults remain at home safely
✅ Support people returning to work after illness or injury
✅ Design home modifications that restore independence
✅ Prescribe equipment to improve function
✅ Empower children with developmental differences to thrive
✅ Rebuild strength, movement, and confidence after hand injury
✅ Support safe and independent driving through tailored assessment and rehabilitation

We are excited to announce a new chapter for Lime Therapy!

Since 2008, Matt and I have led Lime Therapy with heart, purpose, and a deep commitment to our Sunraysia community.

In partnership with Genshare, we’re now passing the baton to our incredible leadership team - the very people who’ve helped shape Lime into the vibrant, multidisciplinary allied health practice it is today.

Genshare’s innovative model enables our leaders to share in ownership of the business and opens the door for future generations to do the same - ensuring Lime Therapy continues to grow as a community-led practice, built by locals, for locals, the Lime Way!

As I step into the role of Strategic Advisor, my commitment to all things clinical and multidisciplinary at Lime remains as strong as ever.

I’m deeply grateful for the care, commitment, and belief that Matt and I have shared with our team and community - and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

At Lime Therapy, we believe in making magic happen every day.

Adaptive Driving Technology Showcase at Lime Therapy - Highlighting Innovation in Accessible Driving Solutions.

What an inspiring morning at Lime Therapy! We were thrilled to welcome Paul Crake from Total Ability, who showcased their High-Level Assessment Vehicle designed to meet a wide variety of Driver access needs.

Our team, including Occupational Therapist Linda, was joined by Paul, La Trobe University Physiotherapy students, and Bill for an up-close look at this vehicle featuring drive-from-wheelchair access and a range of adaptive driving modifications.
 
A huge thank you to Paul for taking the time to share his expertise and technology with us.
