Meet Dr Anna Hoy

Dr Hoy graduated from Monash University in 2018 and achieved Fellowship with the RACGP in 2024. She completed her early training at both the Mildura Base Public Hospital and Mildura Health Private Hospital before joining Ontario Family Practice in 2023 to finalise her GP training.

Passionate about preventative care, women’s health, and adolescent health, Dr Hoy also works as a Surgical Assistant at Mildura Health Private Hospital. She contributes to the community by supporting medical education as a Lecturer at Monash University, guiding medical students on placement.

Her special interests include:
✔️ Paediatrics
✔️ Women’s Health
✔️ Preventative Medicine

After years of dreaming, training, and working around the clock, we are proud to share that Dr Travis Taggert is now a Specialist Rural Generalist (General Practice & Emergency Medicine), having earned Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine - FACRRM!

This major career milestone is the result of countless hours of study, support from colleagues, and the community that’s shaped his career.

Dr Taggert would like to thank his family, friends, mentors, and our community for backing him every step of the way. We are excited for what’s ahead as we continue building the new clinic and expanding the care we can offer our region. Here’s to the next chapter! 🚀
