Meet Rachel!

Rachel brings a unique and well-rounded background to the team. She has years of nursing experience across general medicine, acute spinal cord injuries as well as cardiac and thoracic surgery at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne.

After taking time away from nursing to pursue a career in the fitness industry as a group fitness trainer and Pilates instructor, Rachel has gained valuable insight into the preventative side of health and wellbeing. She’s excited to return to nursing, combining her passion for movement, education, and holistic care to support patients at every stage of their health journey.

Welcoming Emma to our team 🤍

Emma is a highly experienced, Registered Psychologist with over 25 years of practice. She holds qualifications in Psychology, Family Therapy and Clinical Psychology, and has worked across education, clinical, business and private practice settings.

Visiting us regularly from Melbourne, she brings a wealth of global experience to her private practice work.

Emma works with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on psychological safety, resilience and long-term wellbeing.

Her areas of interest and expertise include:
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Trauma, PTSD and complex presentations
- ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions, relocation and new parenthood

Emma will be consulting out of Ontario Family Practice monthly for face-to-face appointments, with Telehealth appointments also available — and even better, she currently has no wait list.
