It’s time to meet the family behind Anasazi Windtalker!

Firstly is Carmen, my mum, and essentially Simba’s sugar mumma.

Then there’s his two little humans - 6 year old Brianna, and 3 year old Kayley-Mae. His little humans are his treat givers, grooms and entertainment. The two girls are his favourite people in the world (especially when they come with his treats!)

Lastly, there’s me, Jamie. I’m his chef, maid and general duties servant and the main point of contact on both the page and the phone for any and all enquiries regarding Simba.

Simba is 5 panel negative and throws amazing progeny.

HOWEVER - splash coloured progeny ONLY of his MAY be deaf. This is due to the Bald Eagle line in his genetics.

We are upfront about this, as for some people this is a deal breaker. However, for us, we have our own progeny by him and we have found no difference in trainability, quietness etc.
In fact, we plan on breeding our own mare to him this season.

Yes we will unfortunately be missing September as the clinic is still setting up their new breeding facility and it is unlikely to be ready for September.

Simba is 5 panel negative and throws amazing progeny.

HOWEVER - splash coloured progeny ONLY of his MAY be deaf. This is due to the Bald Eagle line in his genetics.

We are upfront about this, as for some people this is a deal breaker. However, for us, we have our own progeny by him (one splash who is deaf, two non splash - not deaf) and we have found no difference in trainability, quietness etc.

Hi all

As you may or may not know Anasazi Windtalker (Better known as Simba to us) has moved to QLD with us

His transfer of ownership is finally underway, but we’ve been alerted to some progeny from previous years having issues with not receiving certificates etc. from the previous owners (whom we co-owned him with since 2019)

I’ve spoken with PHAA and they would like to hear from you if this is the case for you so they can get the foals sorted.

Anyone who would like to use him this year still can, however there will be a delay in certificates being supplied as we have a 60-90 day process to go through to get the transfer done. If you would like to use him this year and are agreeable to the wait for certs, please contact us.

Fees will be $880 plus vet fees and he will most likely be standing at Chinchilla Vets (awaiting confirmation) for this season only. We will be limiting the amount of mares he goes to this year as well.
