⭐💪 Fitness Tips 💪 ⭐

👊 Punch it out: add some boxing to your work out. There's a reason why boxers are so fit!

🕧 Train Early: You will burn fat for 24 hours if you work out before breakfast, but not lunch or dinner, Japanese studies have found.

🍢 Follow your work out with a snack: Eating Protein after your workout is essential for muscle repair and growth. Try having 20 - 40 grams.

🎒 Add weight to your backpack: wearing a weighted backpack as you walk will increase the amount of oxygen consumed, burning exta calories.

✋ Do some push ups: Just do 2-5 push ups with your hands on the bench before you open the fridge or pantry. This works the body's tendency for momentum and you'll build on the push up!

⬆ Get a Skipping rope: The most effective and simplest piece of equipment to add cardio to your workout.

🔵 Eat some Blueberries: The high antioxidant level will help muscles recover quicker.

⬅ Walk or Jog up a hill backwards: Doing this engages different muscles from what you would use walking up forawrds. More muscles that you engage, the more fat you will burn!

🏊 Mix your workout with a Swim: Swimming requires different breathing patterns, making it great for increasing lung capacity.

🍫 Snack on Dark Chocolate. Helps boost energy and aid recovery.

BANISH BELLY FAT - 3 Easy steps:

☝ EXERCISE - 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activities per week - Brisk walking, or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activities per week - Jogging. Additionally, Strength training is recommended at least twice a week. Resistance training (including ab crunches) only reduce subcutaneous fat and vigorous aerobic activity (four times a week) reduce both subcutaneous and visceral abdominal fat stores.

✌ DIET - We all know to eat healthily, but be aware of the hidden sugars that pack on the pounds over time. Sugar is the number 1 enemy in our fight against belly fat!

👌 SLEEP - Too little or even too much sleep can have an effect on visceral fat stores. So if you want to blast that belly fat away make sure you are getting your 7 - 8 hours of sleep daily.

Todays breaky idea: 3 ingredient Pancakes

2 Bananas, 2 eggs and half a tea spoon of cinnamon. 🍌🍌

Simply mash the bananas in a bowl then add the eggs and cinnamon. Mix together then add to a fry pan cooking for 2 mins each side! Yummo!! 😀👌🍌
