Tabata is a really effective form of HIIT training and can burn upwards of 400 calories in 30 minutes 🤯

Harish can definitely vouch for that given his heart rate reached an all time high in this session 👍🏼

Sled training is extremely effective at building that explosive speed. However, there are many different exercises that you can use the sled for that will build muscle, lose fat and even increase your endurance 💪🏻

Definitely worth adding into your training routine to maximise your results 🏆

Oh gosh... It's long one, I'm sorry. I promise to keep the rest short and sweet 😅

Today I am introducing the new Complete Body Assessment software!

I have used many different body fat analysis softwares over the years but now have designed and built my own comprehensive results tracking software!

The software includes:
- Body fat analysis
- Tape measurement recording
- Fitness assessment tracking
- Strength tests
- Diet Calculator

If you are a bit of a stats nerd like me you will enjoy this video but if not the general gist is that we can now track more aspects of your health and fitness in even more detail 🤓

This is not Pro-Active Fitness related but a good friend is riding in the Cancer200 ride for research. I think cancer has affected us all in someway and Luke is raising money to do something about it, so if you are able contribute to Luke’s goal it would be greatly appreciated!

This is his 5th year doing the Cancer200 ride for research and he rides in honour of his father ❤️

What's New at Pro-Active Fitness - 01

A mini series announcing and briefly talking about the new aspects of PAF

First up we have the New Kettlebell Program!

I enhanced my kettlebell qualifications and completely overhauled the old kettlebell program

This new program will now be what you learn throughout the 6 Week Kettlebell Challenge and receive for free along with a set of 3 kettlebells which is everything you need to complete the workouts in the program

Pro-Active tip:
It can be tempting to make things difficult with more complex combinations but sometimes it's best to go back to basics so you can put more energy into the intensity instead of focusing the ex*****on of each combination
