Support Workers Needed!

We are growing steadily. We love what we do. And we are thankful to the participants we support, their families, the support coordinators and all the collaborative partners we work with. As a result of this measured growth, we are urgently seeking to recruit 3 Support Workers who are driven, creative, passionate and dedicated to supporting people living with Psychosocial challenges.

Brief Information About Us:

Thank you for considering to be employed by ProCare Holdings Pty Ltd trading as ProCare Health Services.

• We are a registered NDIS Service Provider.
• We thrive in Team Work, Collaboration, Empathy, Care and Compassion.
• We value your contribution to the team as we grow to another level of capacity and service delivery.
• We respect all the participants and their families.
What you need to send to us to be considered:
• NDIS Worker Screening Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Online Training Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Copy Drivers Licence
• Minimum Cert 111 Community Services, Aged Care or Individualised Support
• Resume including referees
Your Commitment:

* We call for your understanding that we are contracted for particular hours by each of the NDIS Participants that we support.
* For that period of time, we may not be on our personal social media accounts/phones as we are expected to provide one hundred percent attention and support to the participants.
* You will be committed to delivering services to participants for the services they contract us to deliver.
* You will be committed to following through a support plan in place to ensure that services delivered are in lines with expected NDIS Funded goals and outcomes.
