I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and use a combination of Reiki and Chakra Energy healing to help you attain and facilitate a healthy balance in your life.

​A chakra healing is a special type of energy healing that accesses and then releases and clears deep rooted old emotions and energies from troubling past experiences. Unexplained phobias, insecurities, anxieties, depression, relationship patterns, and even karma are all examples of what can be addressed in these sessions.

​Reiki energy brings deep relaxation, soothing emotions and reducing negative feelings. Reiki can help you be the best that you can be. It can help unlock your natural creativity allowing you to reach your full potential. It brings clarity, focus and a sense of purpose back into life. It enhances the benefits of all other therapies. One treatment is physiologically the equivalent of 3 to 4 hours' deep sleep. It helps you find true peace of mind and brings positivity to help you cope with life’s daily challenges.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some feel a slight tingling or sensations of warmth, others just a deep relaxation. Some find themselves in a deep meditative state, and others feel rejuvenated and energised. Some even fall into a deep and refreshing sleep.

I use a chair during your session to facilitate your personal comfort and sense of well being. I don't use a table as this can feel very vulnerable to some clients.

I use sound, crystals and deep meditation in a tranquil, quiet space. Please dress comfortably for your session.
