This week is Men's Health Week! 🕺

It is an annual campaign aimed to raise public awareness of men and boys health nationally and internationally. It aims to improve the delivery of health and wellbeing services to men and boys, as well as increasing men's awareness of their own health, wellbeing and relationship options. All of our male doctor's have a special interest in men's health.

World MS Day is on the 30th of May, which is today!

Today brings the global MS community together to share stories, raise awareness and campaign with everyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS). World MS Day activities take place throughout the month of May and in early June. The campaign tagline is ‘I Connect, We Connect’ and the campaign hashtag is .MS Connections challenges social barriers that leave people affected by MS feeling lonely and socially isolated. It is an opportunity to advocate for better services, celebrate support networks and champion self-care.

Today, 18 February 2023, is International Asperger’s Day.
A day which aims to raise awareness, educate the general population and highlight the challenges people with Asperger’s face. While it was considered separate, Asperger's syndrome has been included in the autism spectrum since 2013, a disorder related to brain development impacting how a person perceives and socializes with others.
