We help you return to what you love to do and stay active. Physiotherapy treatments at 103/55 Lavender St, Milsons Point. Special interest in pain that keeps coming back, or is not resolved with traditional physio treatment. We combine physio with many other complimentary therapies, and Yoga Therapy. Special interest in foot and ankle pain, thoracic rings (ribs and spine), pelvic, hip and lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain or stiffness.

Have you noticed when you are stressed, or have a deadline, how your shoulders go up, and you almost stop breathing? The more this happens, the tighter your diaphragm gets.

The diaphragm muscle is a dome-shaped muscle that attaches to the inner surface of your lower ribs and the spine. It is your main breathing muscle. If it gets tight, through not breathing properly…it can result in back pain.
