It’s 3AM. You’re wide awake. Again 😩

Five things to keep in your bedside table to support your bedtime ritual...

📝 A notebook and pen
Ever had a brilliant idea or a nagging worry pop up the second your head hits the pillow? Scribble it down and leave it there. Once it’s on paper, your brain doesn’t have to work so hard to remember it all night.

🕯️ A gentle, familiar scent
Find a calming scent you love and expose yourself to it before bed. Over time, your brain recognises that scent and knows exactly what to do: rest… just please blow the candle out before sleep.

💧 A glass of water
It sounds basic, but having it right there means you aren’t wandering into the kitchen at 2am when you wake up thirsty. Staying put helps you stay in that “sleep zone” so you can drift off again quickly.

🪻 Topical Magnesium from Amazing You
