Have you been wondering if your child may need some extra help with speech and language but not sure that a full assessment is necessary? We will be running our Speech and Language Screener Clinic in January 2026 (before school goes back) at the Basin centre in Sanctuary Point. The clinic is designed for families who have a few concerns and would like some professional clarity without the commitment or cost of a full diagnostic assessment. What to expect: A dedicated 1:1 session with a certified practising speech pathologist. An opportunity for us to listen to and engage with your child in a relaxed setting. A one page summary of our observations. Clear recommendations on your next steps. We have created this clinic so families can get the guidance they need when they need it and for a smaller fee than a full assessment. If a formal assessment is recommended and you do this at TLC the cost of the screener is taken off the full assessment fee. Appointments are available 12th - 30th January 2026.
