At Milton Physiotherapy we treat your condition by using hands on therapy and mobilisation techniques to create pain free movement. By conducting a detailed physical examination we take into consideration how you move, joint movement & mechanics, muscle function, nerve function, position sense and postural awareness. 2026 has arrived 🥳 Milton Physio will reopen from 8.30 am Monday 5th January 2026.

If you have sent us an email or left a message during the holiday period - please give us a few hours to respond.

is back on deck from Monday, with Quentin and Ann returning on the 12th January.

All classes will resume as normal from Monday 12th January.

To all our patients and friends - Quentin and the Milton Physio team wish you a safe and enjoyable festive season.

A reminder Milton Physio will be closed this year from 6pm Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and reopening at 8am Monday 5th January 2026. Our online booking system is up and running - if you are looking to make an appointment please head to our website and book online.

Quentin and Ann will return to work on Monday 12th January 2026.

Caitlin will return to work on Monday 5th January 2026.

Our 2025 Christmas party was an absolute cracker this year - with lots to celebrate and new faces to welcome 🎉 What a great year we have had!

Milton Physiotherapy will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday 23 December and reopening at 8.30 am on the 5th January 2026. Our online booking will still be available to make appointment for 2026.

Ann and have been away this week at the conference in Adelaide attending a variety of presentations on management of musculoskeletal conditions, sports and exercise injury management, endometriosis, chronic pain, metabolic health and vestibular rehabilitation to name a few.

This week we say goodbye to Eliza as she embarks on her retirement journey.

Eliza has been a regular at the practice on a Monday and Tuesday, lighting up the room with her smile and laughter.
