Natural Light Meets Architectural Drama at Upper House, South Brisbane 🌳🏙️

With sculptural forms inspired by Queensland’s Moreton Bay fig trees, Upper House brings a new level of luxury to South Brisbane.

Designed by Koichi Takada Architects and delivered by Minicon Constructions, this 30-storey tower includes 188 apartments with 3m-high ceilings and Australia’s first-ever double-storey rooftop club.

To maximise light, space, and city views, while meeting 5-star Green Star requirements, Queensland Façade Systems installed Alspec’s structurally glazed awning windows with a multipoint locking system. These minimalistic systems meet the building’s extreme wind load demands while keeping the design clean and efficient.
