Designed by Philip Stejskal Architecture and built by Texo Constructions, the home integrates Carinya and Swan doors, Invisi-Gard security screens, a striking McArthur Silicone Butt Corner Window, and Altitude 4 Lite Stacking Doors—seamlessly connecting pavilions, courtyards, and upper-level living spaces.

The result? A light-filled, breezy sanctuary that celebrates modern coastal living.
