Today I am heading off, deep into the bush, for an eight day Nature Quest 🦎🦋🐜🕸🐛🌿🌳🍁🍃🍂.
Four of those days completely solo, without any familiarities, including food 😳😛😍. Surrendering to whatever nature has to teach me 🥰.
Obviously that means no phones, or any technology. I will therefore not be able to answer any messages, texts, or emails while I am away.
I will be back, renewed and working with clients from Monday 5th June.
Anyone in need of an energetic reset please send me a message and I will get back to you upon my return 🥰🌿🍂🍃🌳

I am so blessed, and so grateful for by beautiful friend Lynn Gail Photographer & Travel Writer. She came along to the community social event on Sunday at Sage Tree, hosted by Iva and Neil from the Monad Centre of Balance to welcome their community to the new space they will be offering their services from. It was a lovely day, perfect weather, and lots of beautiful souls. Lynn took some photos for me for my website and future events, and she has captured so much vibrant energy, colour and magic in her photos 💫🌟💛🙏. Thank you Lynn for these beautiful pictures 💛🌟🙏

What an incredible day we all had at Sage Tree 💓 This year for me is all about embodying all that we are. I have had many careers in my life, ranging from corporate learning and development to Sound Healing. In between was also some interesting learning and experiences. Often we throw aside our old selves for our new space in the world, forgetting that all those old experiences and learning are what made us what we are today. This year I wanted to bring in all of my learning and experiences to create something unique... and today I facilitated my first 'Creative Soul' workshop combining Chocolate and Sound, as well as some psychometrics (personality assessment). With an amazing group of women, we started the day off connecting to the sacred land and nature that we were so fortunate to be held and nurtured by. We then had so much fun with exercises that raise awareness of our own personality and behaviours, how we learn and how to step out of our comfort zone. Then the real fun started with a chocolate making demonstration, followed by hands on creative soul expression of making chocolate in different shapes, sizes and flavours. Lots of fun and lots of mess! 🥰total right brain activation 💓. After lunch on the scenic terrace we ended the day with sacred sounds...
Thank you to all the beautiful souls who came today, so much love and gratitude for your openness and willingness to step out of your comfort zones, to share, become vulnerable and allow your divine feminine energy to flow throughout the day 🥰. My heart is so full right now 💛🌟🙏

I feel so much love and gratitude as I sit here on our balcony this morning 🤗. As I reflect on the past year and all the changes that have happened to my family, I feel so blessed to have been called to this magical space that is now our home 🙏. Seeing Mother nature change through the seasons, we have seen and felt all that this beautiful land has to share with us... including the snakes, the rats, the reptiles and more 😍😳💓. Watching it and connecting deeply with nature has been such a blessed gift to us. I always felt that the land had called us here to connect and journey together, the love from our family has awakened the love in this home and the surrounding land. I have learned so much in the past year, the land has taught me to rest and to 'just be'. Sometimes I have to pinch myself when I feel the unconditional love and abundance of nature, seeing the abundant fruit trees and my blossoming organic edible garden 🥰
The beautiful owner of this land, Helen, said she felt we were drawn here to heal this land, and our energy would attract other like-minded souls. Well that has been happening slowly over the past year, as I have listened to the land, asking for me and all who come here to tread gently, to protect this space and use my energy to hold space for heart-centred events for the community. Many of you have been here and have been a part of those events, or as a one to one client session, or friend. Well now the time has come to take that a step further... the lovely Iva and Neil from the Monad Centre of Balance will be moving from their current space in Joondalup to the beautiful space here at the main house to run their community events and one to one sessions. To celebrate and invite their community to come and see the space, Iva and Neil will be hosting a welcome event on Sunday 5th March at 10am. I will be there with my sacred sound and would like to extend that invitation to you all. This is a free event, just bring a plate to share, and come and see and feel this magical space. Please let me know if you will be attending via a message, or book via Iva's website. We just need to know aprx. Numbers. I hope you can create some time to reflect on your past year to see the changes that have taken place. I've been a bit quiet on the social media front for a while, during which time I've given myself permission to 'just be'. A state of being that really is our true norm, is sometimes hard to find in the busy lives that we all lead. However, I feel it is even more necessary to allow ourselves this time if we truly want to grow, heal and expand our consciousness.
I am so grateful for having this time, for the magical surroundings of nature and the land where I live, the ocean, and to my loved ones that step up for me to take time out. I feel refreshed, renewed, and have lots of great ideas for workshops and events that I will be facilitating this year...

This year is all about embodying our individual uniqueness, which I always encourage others to do, so am leading the way by example. I will be combining all of my knowledge, experience and gifts to create some unique combinations of teachings and modalities to expand consciousness through creativity and sound. I will be sharing details of my workshops and events very soon 💗💗💗 I'm feeling so inspired and in alignment with who I am and how I show up for others on their journey. Looking forward to connecting with you all this year 💛🌟🙏

There is a lot of resistance to change coming up for us at this time. I know I have noticed this. When this is happening we can feel uncomfortable, but when we work through the discomfort we can become more open to new options, ways of doing things , ways of thinking, ways of being...
This morning I was feeling very challenged with my workspace and it was making me grouchy! Once I recognised what was happening and how triggered I was feeling, I laughed at myself, and once I felt more relaxed I was able to see a whole new space to work in! 😍 had I not felt that discomfort, I would not have found, or even considered the most amazing space to conduct consultations with my clients, and that's before they get to relax in their vibrational sound bath! 💗
