Icon health centre is providing surveillance Covid testing for our patients and their family to avoid long cues in the testing clinic . If you need a covid test please ring up and make a booking with the nurse . You need to wait in your car and our practice nurse will come to the car park and take the swab . Thank you .

Dear patients, we understand that we are going through a very difficult time.Icon Health Care Centre has made changes to practice procedures to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff in the wake of COVID 19.

Our doctors are now able to provide video and telephone consultations to our patients. We are moving to telehealth consultations where possible to reduce the risk to our patients and our staffs. We will still see patients in the practice but our doctors and nurses will call the patients before hand to make sure it is safe and necessary for the patient to come to the practice. Most of the thing like scripts , test request , discussion of results, medical advice can be done via phone or video consultation and we will send the paperwork to your home via post . We all can stay safe this way .

Please call us to book your Telehealth appointment, online bookings are available too! You will need to call us before you come to the practice, no walk-ins please.

We will ask you some simple questions that will help us ensure that our patient’s get the care they need and we do not place anyone at risk . I understand sometime it is hard to reach us via phone as our reception staff are always busy answering the phone or after hours time, you can always leave a message in our page or website with your details and we will try to get back to you at our earliest convenience .

We will be receving flu vaccines in next week. Please get your flu vaccines to protect yourself and your family from flu . We will text our patients when we get our flu vaccine and will run vaccine clinic on weekends , details will be posted soon.

Just one request to everyone, please stay home and keep everyone safe . The time is difficult but we will get over this inshallah .

Icon Health Care Centre is pleased to welcome Dr. Mehwish Jabeen to our team.

Dr. Jabeen is an Australian trained GP and is a Fellow of RACGP. She has gained over 10 years of experience across numerous specialities while working in hospitals and general practices across Australia.
Dr. Jabeen enjoys all aspects of general medicine with particular interest in women’s health, antenatal shared care, paediatric care, preventive care and chronic disease management.
Dr. Jabeen grew up in Pakistan and in her spare time enjoys time with her family and friends, travelling, cooking and reading books.
Dr. Jabeen in one of our multilingual doctors, being fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
Dr. Jabeen is now accepting new patients. She works Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-5pm.
The Icon team now has 3 Female GP’s and we are open, Monday – Fridays: 9am-9pm, Saturdays: 12noon-7pm

meet our new doctor 💕💕

Proudly introducing our new doctor Dr. Poly Paul who is now working at Icon health care centre, Minto 6 days/week , Monday to Saturday . She has completed her graduation from Dhaka Medical college in Bangladesh . She has been working in Australia as a general practitioner for last 2 years and Icon is very lucky to have her as our full time doctor . She is very kind , passionate , hard working and has a very caring attitude towards her patients .Please come and visit her for the medical needs of your family 🥰🥰

Dear patients , Dr. Shampa will be on holidays from 11/12/2018 till 24/12/2018 , Our new doctor , Dr. Poly Paul will be working on Monday ( 9am to 5 pm) and Friday ( 12 pm to 8 pm ) during the holiday time . Dr. Shampa will return to work on 25/12/2018 as her usual time and we will be open during the Christmas and new year holiday period .
