Our Herbal Extract “Ale” is a simple, refreshing alternative to beer, made with liquid herbal extracts instead of hops fermentation, and complete with a frothy head. The flavour is familiar, lightly bitter and aromatic, offering the ritual of a cold drink without the after effects.

Made with just three herbs:
- Hops
- Elder Flowers
- Yarrow

Simply add the liquid extracts to a glass and top with sparkling mineral water. That’s it!
