Mealtimes can be tough—for some children, eating isn’t just about food, it’s about sensory experiences, textures, routines, and confidence.

At Little Warriors Therapy, our Occupational Therapists support children and families with:
🌱 Expanding food variety
🌱 Managing sensory sensitivities
🌱 Building positive mealtime experiences
🌱 Supporting oral motor skills for safe eating

Every child is unique—and so is our approach. We use play, patience, and family-centred strategies to help make mealtimes more enjoyable and less stressful.
