Do you wake up feeling wired, groggy, or calm and focused?

The way your body feels first thing in the morning tells a story about how your nervous system is functioning — whether it's stuck in fight-or-flight, freeze, or in a state of regulation and balance.

⚡️Waking up anxious or restless?
