Knowing what to eat is usually the hardest part of making consistent food choices that enable weight loss, weight gain, or general maintenance goals.

💥A balanced nutrition plan is key 🔑 to achieving sustainable lifelong results.

It doesn’t need to be hard, unrealistic, or even time consuming!
I don’t believe in fad diets, unrealistic calorie cutting, or starving your body from much needed nutrients.

I do believe in:

✅ clean eating

So many amazing figure competitors this year.

Looking back over my photos, I’m super proud of how I looked, posed, and placed.

5th in Ms Figure 30+ and 5th in Ms Classic Figure Opens

Competing isn’t for the faint hearted! We train hard, we follow strict nutrition regimes, we sacrifice much.....BUT......it’s a journey! Every year my goal is to get better and better. Really the person I’m competing against is MYSELF.
