I was reminded of this, during a meditation a couple of mornings ago!!

It is in our resistance.. that we overthink, become reactive, emotional and continuously question why?.
Being ok with the not understanding, the not knowing what the hell is going on... is a choice.

Maybe... we are being divinely guided to something or someone bigger, better, more amazing and more reflective of who we are!

How do you choose your essential oils??

There is no right or wrong way.
For me, it depends on what I am wanting an oil for.
Often I will intuitively pick an oil and find it matches my needs... especially if I am looking to boost my emotional or mental state.
For physical needs such as sore muscles, I will pick according to the oils properties.

I would love to hear how you pick your essential oils!!!
