Frank in collaboration with the RSL Active Program and has organised a weekly hydrotherapy class in state of the art heated hydrotherapy pool, to help members regain movement, get active and ease any aches and pains.

We are excited to announce we are partnering with and the RSL Active program to provide exercise guided hydrotherapy for RSL members 🌺

Have you ever wanted to try a hydrotherapy class? Thanks to the RSL Active program you have the opportunity to participate in three classes over three weeks on 1 May, 8 May and 15 May from 9:00am to 10:00am.

Guided by physiotherapist, Frank Furfaro, the hydrotherapy classes will focus on promoting general good health, range of movement, lower and upper limb strength and cardiovascular fitness through water-based exercise. At a warm 36-37degrees, the pool is an ideal environment to support pain management and promote gentle, comfortable movement. Perfect for all age groups. Please note you must be cleared by a GP or medical professional to participate.
