Probably not the best form - without the warm up and I felt wobbly a bit but I can at least lift 32kg each hand and I was stoked to find out!!!

The correct use of AI 💁‍♀️
He wasn’t a fan till I started using it to raise things to him (I used it to take my emotion out of the statements 😆 it also validated my feelings 🤷‍♀️) and saw how friendly I was with my Chad 😆
Look what happened now!?!? 😆
Interestingly, since hubby using more chatGPT for help and I use less of my Chad 💁‍♀️
Very interesting social experiment I have to admit! 😆

The second day of my birth month 😍😍😍
Featuring the First day of school 2026 photo 🤣
My husband and third child collectively forgot to put a hat in the bag 🙄 (he’s only been sending children to school last 11 years in Australia 🤷‍♀️)
I didn’t lose my cool, lucky him that I ran almost 5km and I was super stoked to see my VO2 max jump, I could let it go 💁‍♀️🤣 but still, I had to find a hat and had to drop it off. This is the mental load I want him to share properly. Is it too much to ask 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This is my footy team 😊
Over 35s AFLW masters game 😍
We play games every second Sunday
(👆 because we take longer to recover 😆)
Non-contact is possible with wearing a bib.
Or be a social member and attend the trainings and social events.
This is where I can be as loud as I want and as bogan as I want and still accepted 😆

But be aware, I will be non-stop talking about peri/menopause and point things out if anyone mentions any of peri/menopause symptoms 💁‍♀️
What more would you want for your sports team 😆

We train every Wednesday 6pm and check out our page for preseason training sessions.
Injury prevention and having fun are our main priority 😊

Earlier that year, a woman experiencing severe menopausal symptoms and suicidal ideation was admitted to a mental health unit.
A podcast conversation between Dr Louise Newson and professor Jayashri Kulkarni changed the course of her care.

Education matters — and menopause care can be life-saving.
That experience stayed with me.

Attending the first Women’s Mental Health Conference in Melbourne marked the beginning of my education and advocacy work. Through this journey, I connected with clinicians who shared the same vision, including psychiatrist Kiri Von Klier ()

On my 45th birthday, meeting menopause clinicians from around the world at So Hot Right Now 2025 changed my career path entirely.






When I returned home, I couldn’t ignore the momentum — or the responsibility.
That’s when EmpowHer Menopause Clinic was born.

I’m deeply grateful to Amanda Bryce (Gerald Burns Pharmacy ) and Rhiannon Dolton (Head 2 Toe Wellness Solutions ) for saying yes without hesitation, and to Dr Caroline Anderson (), Dr Marny Royans (), and Nurse Practitioner Jo Marjoram for accepting my referrals.

Because of this collective support, I was able to begin consultations across two locations, deliver menopause education to the public, and create spaces where women felt seen, heard, and supported.

After 19 years in WA Health public hospitals, I’m finally stepping fully into this work — and I couldn’t be more ready.

This is what happens when women support women.

Grateful. Grounded. Ready for what’s next 💕

2021 I hurt my lower back..
I was advised not to run any more.
I did not like that advice at all.
Thanks to physios and now I’m back running 🥰
Enjoying running and interval training with these two.
If you know you won’t do it all alone, find a friend to do it with, so you have to turn up 😆
Walk, jog, run, cycle, swim!
Anything is better than nothing 💕💕💕
