It is with great sadness that I have to announce that Sanctum Yoga will be ceasing classes from Bali Hai Holiday Park in September 2025.

Sadly our time here has come to end due to some changes happening at the Park. They have something exciting planned in our yoga space that will be a great addition to our community, which I’m sure they’ll will be announcing soon.

I want to pay deep thanks and gratitude to the owners of the Park, Hilton and Lynda who have allowed us to call Bali Hai our home spanning the past years. To the past park managers Robyn and Dave who were fundamental in helping me secure this idealic location and were always so supportive of Sanctum Yoga (even the noisy sound healing therapies 🫣🤭) and to the new Managers, Grant and Nicki who have been so accommodating.

Our last week of classes will be Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th of September. I’ll be then taking a 2 week break for the school holidays and to move to our new Yoga home which I’ll be announcing very soon.

If you’d like to join me for our last week of delicious Yin to farewell this spectacular location then I’d love to have you join me. Did I mention that our last week of classes will be a delicious and restorative Legs up The Wall class which is a favourite of many of our students.

It truely has been the perfect location and so much release and emotional healing has taken place here, of both the students and also my own. I have held space and witnessed so much transformation and have blossomed here as a teacher. So many events and classes over the past 3 years. It has honestly been my deepest joy. Thank you to everyone who bought their presence and contributed to the experience.

Alas change is a constant in this life and we must stay adaptable and in flow.

I’m so excited to announce Sanctum Yoga’s new home in the next few days.

Please be advised that I’m going to be taking leave from Friday 19th of September through to Tuesday 7th of October 2025.

If your body feels like it needs some work or assistance then best to reach out soon for a booking, as spaces are already filling up.

During this period there will be no yoga classes or treatment spots available.

This is my observation after teaching Yin yoga for the past few years and being a student of yoga spanning a couple of decades.

It’s in the act of observation, acceptance, non judgment and surrendering (softening) that you’re able to finally release and create space within your sacred body, your container of life.

Whilst I’m not quite ready to announce my new permanent home just yet, announcement is coming soon. In the interim I will be operating from the Day Spa at The Elandra wherever possible.

I just wanted to advise all my clients and students that I am closing for two weeks to move my home and business.

That means no Yoga or Massages for the next two weeks. I’ll be re-opening on Tuesday 15th of July with Yoga recommencing again on Wednesday 16th of July.

Our “Awaken the Heart Retreat” went so well last weekend that we’ve already booked in another, to do it all over again next year.

Announcing another beautiful women’s Yoga Retreat coming in April 2026. It will be a 3 day Retreat from the 17th - 20th of April 2026. Held at the beautiful Chambers Rainforest Lodges Lake Eacham.

There will be a new theme announced at a later date, but the same template fully of practices to nourish and gently expand you, while still providing deep rest, connection and self reflection.

We received fabulous feedback from our last one. This post is just to plant a seed to see if it calls to you or your future self.
