Who thought a good mood would come in a bottle 🤗

These are my friends this week 🥰

I took two years off skydiving and then spent my first whole week of skydiving at a boogie and now I am shinsore as all get out 😩

I have always had trouble with shin soreness. My feet are about as flat as feet can get.

I always have to be careful to increase exercise slowly or I end up shuffling around like a turtle.

Some say those flat feet mean I have a firm grip on the earth 🤣

What I do know is it hurts 😬

Lemongrass mixed with a little coconut oil and rubbed over the shins is so good.

It's one of the best oils to help with any inflammation. I put a layer of that on and then a layer of Ice Blue Rub 🥰

That rub when you put it on is all tingly and lush. It's cools and soothes any area that is bothering you.

So thought I would share with you one of the ways I have been using me plant lovlies today.

Bulgaria had a rich history in growing aromatic plants. But the Essential Oil trade was led by dodgy middlemen who would take the crop the farmers had grown and then not deliver payments, telling the farmers their products were inferior.

Basically ripping off the farmers and pocketing the profits for themselves.

doTERRA has come in and changed that by giving farmers, fair and on time payments, certainty of future purchasing, and support with distiller and crop services.

This has now become the countries highest GDP crop and supporting a huge number of local farmers to keep doing what they do and lift them out of poverty.
