Today is a reminder that a simple question can make a big difference.

Different phases of life—whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, peri- or post-menopause—can bring unique changes and challenges. Our hormones can play a big role in how we feel, both physically and emotionally, and sometimes those shifts can feel overwhelming.

Checking in with a friend, family member, or colleague might be just what they need. And if you’re finding things tough yourself, please know you don’t need to go through it alone—whether that’s reaching out to a trusted friend, family member, your GP, or another health professional. 💛

Today, and every day, let’s keep the conversations going. A small moment of care can mean so much.
