Nothing like a little friendly competition to start the day… 😏

Last Friday the teams from Uplift Women’s Health Collective and Pathways Physio came together for our joint Culture Day — and of course we kicked things off with a table tennis showdown. 🏓🔥

Before diving into workshops on individual goal setting, we like to start the day moving, laughing and bringing the team together. Safe to say the competitive spirit was very alive at the table… plenty of rallies, a few questionable serves, and lots of laughs. 😂👏

Because strong teams aren’t built in meetings alone — they’re built through connection, movement and a little healthy competition. 💪✨
