practice located at Melb Eastern Health 157 Scoresby Rd BORONIA Aromatherapy is natural therapy that uses therapeutic grade essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds to improve a person’s health, psychological and physical well-being. As an Aromatherapist I treat:

Hair loss, anxiety, constipation (with abdominal massage using aromatherapy), insomnia, pain, arthritis, itching, psoriasis, flu & colds, PMS, cramps, headaches, stress, acne, nausea, to enhance recall and concentration with study, stress, anxiety, jet lag, how to overcome insomnia and to boost confidence. I also apply clay masks to your face, hands and feet and you get to experience relaxation massages to your neck, hands and feet or you can indulge in just a plain old pampering and indulgence. Essential Oils are predominantly used two ways in Australia:

- Diffusing; and
- Applying to skin e.g. soles of feet or wrists, or through massage

I predominantly use Young Living Essential Therapeutic Grade Oils in my practice. My employment background has generally been in office work. I commenced my career as a telephonist/receptionist/typist, then moved into clerical and secretarial work, later moving to payroll. Starting a family, I spent a number of years as a stay-at-home Mum. I then resumed work in the highly competitive sales/telemarketing area and then client liaison and contract management, until the call to follow my passion came. As I really wanted to share this with everyone, I then took a total change of direction into Aromatherapy and Natural Medicine. This was brought about by a couple of reasons:

1. The memory of my mother who had awoken one morning in absolute agony. Everything had been tried to no avail. Her granddaughter on rising quickly made up a blend of two oils and applied it to the area of concern (being leg). Within seconds the pain was completely gone (that was never forgotten!)

2. A few years on my kinesiologist introduced me to Young Living Essential Oils. My journey began and the thirst to learn more about these powerful oils and what they could do and how these oils were helping friends and family inspired me to seek a formal qualification as an Aromatherapist so I could help people naturally with these oils. My desire is to help and inspire others in the use of therapeutic grade oils to transform their lives and bring about health and comfort.

And for those that have diffusers or have essential oils hidden away please use them! Don't Leave them sitting in your drawers! if you don't use them you may loose them. Some have a use-by-date..
You will be surprised how they can be uplifted, relax or just change your mood :)

Thought water was sufficient to clean vegies but over this covid-19 period I got abit paranoid i suppose! so tried thieves vegie wash. Wow not only cleaned vegies well but broccoli & lettuce became greener crisper and tasted better Really amazing!
Anyway thought would share this with you. It certainly was an amazing experiment and another excellent thieves product by young living
