A Moment I'll Never Forget 😌

I once had the honour of working with an elderly cancer patient at a cancer centre. While she was waiting for her cancer medication to be prepared, she came to me with feet that were badly swollen and deeply purple. She was in visible agony - physically uncomfortable, emotionally drained, and carrying a quiet sense of hopelessness.
I gently performed reflexology on her feet for just 15 minutes. As I worked, something incredible happened: the colour began to return. Her feet softened from a painful purple to a beautiful, healthy pink. You could feel the shift - not just in her feet, but in her entire being.
She looked at me in disbelief, then smiled - for the first time in what felt like a long while. The relief she experienced in such a short time was more than just physical. It was a reminder that even in the hardest moments, comfort and care are still possible.
That moment stayed with me. Reflexology isn’t magic - but sometimes, the results feel pretty close.
