This chronic condition can significantly impact quality of life, physical function, and participation in exercise.

Movement 🧘🏽‍♀️ can be a powerful tool—but it should be individualised, flexible, and responsive to symptoms.

Check out Jagger ‼️ 17 weeks post right-sided lateral meniscus repair.

As an avid soccer goalkeeper, getting him back strong, stable, and confident was the priority.

Our 3 main post-op goals for Jagger were:
1️⃣ Restore knee range of motion
2️⃣ Rebuild foundational motor control
3️⃣ Develop progressive lower-limb strength

Last Friday unfortunately marked the end of the 2025 Contax Netball Club Super League season.

What an incredible year it’s been—full of growth, progress, and standout performances across the board!

The boys finished 4th overall, going down by just 1 point in a nail-biting 64–63 game 💪🏼
