🍽️ Good food, good mood

If you’re visiting the Southern Highlands, take time to slow down and enjoy some of the region’s best food, wine, and cozy spaces. From fresh pastries in Moss Vale to long, relaxing lunches in Burradoo, every meal is part of the experience.

πŸ“ Southern Highlands, NSW (just 90 minutes from Sydney)

At The Stress & Trauma Clinic, we believe healing isn’t only in therapy β€” it’s also in the small moments. A warm meal, a calm space, and nourishing food can support your wellbeing in simple but powerful ways.

Because what we eat, and how we experience it, truly matters. 🌿

πŸ–€ Holding each other through the heartbreak πŸ–€

In the wake of the devastating events at Bondi, our hearts are with every life lost, every family grieving, and every person whose sense of safety has been shaken.

In times like this, compassion matters.
Love matters.
Community matters.

Like this image, may we hold one another a little closer β€” across ages, cultures, and walks of life.
It’s okay to feel rattled.
It’s okay to grieve people you never knew.
It’s okay to slow down.

We honour the first responders and everyday community heroes who showed courage, care, and humanity when it mattered most.

Healing begins in small moments β€” checking in, offering kindness, allowing rest, and reminding each other we’re not alone.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be gentle with each other.

Stress doesn’t always show up loudly β€” sometimes, it builds little by little until you feel drained.
Here’s a gentle reminder: small steps count. 🌱

✨ Take one deep breath.
✨ Step outside for a short walk.
✨ Put your phone down for a few minutes.
✨ Drink water. Stretch. Pause.

You don’t need to have it all together β€” just give yourself tiny moments of calm. πŸ’›
Because your body deserves to feel safe, even on busy days.
