✅Debridement: Using sterile tools, our Podiatrist gently remove the hardened skin and the central core of the corn. This is usually painless and provides immediate relief.
✅Padding and Offloading: Cushioning or padding may be applied to reduce pressure on the affected area.
✅Silver Nitrate Application: For stubborn corns, our Podiatrist might use silver nitrate to slow down skin cell regrowth.
✅Biomechanical Assessment: If corns keep coming back, a gait and foot structure and footwear analysis may reveal underlying causes. Orthotics can then be tailored to correct these issues.
