We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at a growing NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider. This is a pivotal role that supports the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and communication across the organisation.

As the first point of contact, the Admin Officer plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to both participants and staff. Your responsibilities will include data entry, client file management, appointment scheduling, NDIS portal updates, invoice processing, staff rosters, and general administrative tasks. You will also support compliance and quality assurance processes, assisting with audits and maintaining accurate records to meet NDIS standards.

A strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including funding categories and plan management, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be organised, professional, proactive, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

You’ll be working alongside a passionate team who are committed to providing person-centred support that empowers participants to live their best lives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and values making a difference in the community.
