We have some exciting news!!!!
Armani Angel's is now a registered ®️ NDIS buisness.
This means we are looking for staff - please reach out and let us know what we can do for you.

We are also looking for some staff who are semi retired and ready to pick up a shift at a moments notice - this will help us to provide continued support when the regular staff are off sick.

Thanks to the amazing staff who have put up with limited hours hopefully this will be a thing of the past.

Very true words. Please just be kind to all staff in any profession. What works for one home may nor work for another but the live and care towards the residents happens in each and every home.

Warning Long post:

When you leave your loved ones in a Nursing Home, just know that they become family to the staff that works there. We are with them when you can’t be. We get to learn their quirks; what makes them upset, what makes them feel safe, what calms them down and how they like their coffee 🤣. We know when you visit things may seem chaotic but it’s just a glimpse into what we do with what little we have, but we give it our all so that they feel loved when you are not around.

Day in and day out, we talk, we laugh, we cry and we console them when they ask why you haven’t come to visit. We go out of our way and get them things to make them feel comfortable. We dance, we play games, buy them their favorite snacks and enjoy a friendship so unfiltered.

At the end of the day when it’s all said and done we’re left with an empty bed as a reminder of who they use to be to us and what they meant to us. I like to take the time and reverence the empty bed and cherish the memories before having to get it together, wipe my tears, put on a smile and go bring joy to the others that are still with us. We never fully grieve our losses, we have to keep moving.

Some families appreciate us and some never feel like we’re doing enough. Regardless, we still show up and do our best to make these twilight years the best they possibly can be.

Next time you see an unmade bed while visiting a Nursing home but still see the staff laughing and taking care of the residents, just know there is so much more going on behind those smiles.

Support worker Brendan went on a 2 night camping trip with our client Rohan. The weather wasn't the best they had a bit of rain so they did things like mini golf and archery. They did have the rods out but didn't catch anything this time around.

Update on Armani'sAngel's.. today we got the logo in stitching on pur scrub uniform.

Please also jump over and look at www.armanisangels.net to look at the services we can provide. This is a very new business for us and a passion of ours. I've personally been a nurse for over 20 years and I think working for myself allows me to take the time to spend with our clients and families which we seldom get in hospitals or facilities. Yes we have paperwork to ensure our clients are cared for however it is all about you.. this is your service that we will provide.

*please note staff do not need to wear scrubs or any particular uniform however staff will be required to have our logo put onto their top of choice. Neat and casual is what we want for our clients to feel comfortable.

Hi Guys and welcome to my Armani's Angels page. It's only day 1 so I only have the basics on here however please feel free to click into the www.armanisangels.net page which has more information currently. I welcome all feedback, good, bad and other on both pages.
