Did you know.... October 31st is National "Rattle Your Bones" Day? A day to recognise all musculoskeletal issues and those who live with them. Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Gout are just a few. Chances are that you know someone with them or could be headed for them yourself as a part of aging. Now we all have a valid reason to get those skeleton costumes out of the closet, and to get people talking. I have mine ready.

Just a quick reminder that you still need to wear a mask during massages. I will be wearing one also. Hepa filter air filtration will also be running for the whole massage but it's very quiet and shouldn't be too much of a noise interference.
