Smoke roasted duck with chimichurri stuffing from Moe Fresh Poultry using barrel wood from nonesuch Distillery and fig wood and tallow roasted vegetables with garlic , chilli, thyme and rosemary (tallow from Butchers On George and duck gravy (made with duck drippings) pair with a single malt Tasmanian whiskey from a French oak barrel cask strength 💪 from Nonesuch Distillery to celebrate the main man in our home for fathers day ... Thank you wes for all that you do.
