HOT MUMMA.

This client and I have been working together for a fair few months now, DRIVING UP her calories and the intensity of her home workouts! 👏

This is 1350 + 135g protein

When determining my clients calories to achieve their goals, this one being weight loss, we need to consider things like age, height, current weight, TDEE, what’s their job? Is it sedentary or is it on their feet all day etc

These all determine the output, which then determines our input allowance.

Remember this is different for ABSOLUTELY everyone so it’s important to not copy someone else’s, use this for inspiration but work with a dietician or nutritionist to determine yours. ✔️

12th of May we were 98.2kg and now we are sitting at 90s, HOWEVER during this phase we have also increased her 1RMs by 10kg.

NOTHING CHANGES, IF NOTHING CHANGES.

You need to move different, if you want different.

How many times have you tried the same diet and got the same result?
How many times have you tried the newest fitness fad and quit?
How many times have you ended back up at square 1?

There’s a reason why these attempts haven’t worked for you, or perhaps they have short-term.

The magic isn’t fancy, it’s the fundamentals repeated day by day by day.

Altering our nutrition to different training phases, my members are about to get a message explaining why maintenance calories & above will be beneficial for this phase! 👏
(Unless you are our 6 week challenge, the goals are different 🚀).

Sometimes we need to dip our toes into time out of a deficit, often we spend too long in it!

AND unfortunately, deficits do compromise our performance especially aggressive ones. 👎

Pistachio over-night weeties! 🤤

I’ve seen people making them with pistachio papi spread but I used pistachio protein by to keep the protein higher.
