🙃 I have been resisting! 🙃

I have been resisting this feeling inside for a while now.

This feeling in my belly, my heart.

It felt big and I pushed it down.

I told myself I am not ready. I can't do this, I even lied to myself and said I don't want to do this. 🤪

In my heart of hearts, I know what I came here to do and as it unravels more into this 3D reality it terrifies me.

And I am here for it ALL!

The levels I am going to traverse and the things I am going to do to be the leader I came to be. I am going all in!!

I am grabbing the fear by the horns and running with it!

So as I lean into the new levels of myself, showing up as a deeper version of the leader that I am, I invite you to do the same.

YOU MAKE THE RULES

A big reason why I decided to run my own business was because I disliked having a boss.

I didn't find fullfilment in being a cog in a wheel or another number.

I also struggled with 10 hour days and 5 or 6 day weeks. The constant grind caused me to feel drained, overwhelmed and anxious.

Now, I am very in tune with my body and my cycles.

I plan my entire business around my cycle. I know when it is time for me to rest and not create and when it is perfect for me to have meetings and be at the top of my game.

Working with my cycle has been a game changer for me, and I have spoken to many other women who have said the same thing.

Men and women are different, and that is OK. I personally believe are not designed to work the constant 9-5 and ideally they would work 3 weeks on 1 week off.

Why work against your natural state of being? You run your own business so you make the rules.

Getting in sync with your body and her cycles is only going to lead you to success and happiness as you come into alignment with yourself. Rather than what you have perceived has been expected of you.

There is a reason why so many women are suffering from burnout. 😉

The magical ingredients to your success 🙌

I see women time and time again who are "busy" but lack the volume and the quality of clients that they desire.

I speak to women who have achieved some success but can't seem to break through the next ceiling, causing them frustration and even worse, to doubt themselves.

The common theme I see is that these women are using 1 or 2 of the magical ingredients, but they are missing the last one.

The key is all 3.

Most people have the mindset and the embodiment but are missing the energetics.

Energetics takes you to the next level and beyond.

Most people want to get "rid" of fear, like it is a bad thing.

I invite you to flip the script on fear, see it as your friend rather than foe.

See fear as your friend that is leading you to your next expansion, your next level-up.

What often happens when someone starts feeling fear, they disassociate. They distract themselves by eating, drinking or someother task. Anything not feel (what they perceive as) he yucky feeling inside.

If you can learn to feel the fear, own the fear and move through it, that is where the real growth lies.

If you are here to serve, lead and make a big impact then getting friendly with fear is a must.
