We have see a lot of clients who are on the road to recovery following antibiotic’s lately- so let’s talk about it.

First things first, no judgement here. Sometimes we need them. Period. We’re not here to shame you or read you the riot act. We’re here to support you.

But let’s be honest… antibiotics don’t just wipe out the “bad” bacteria. They create chaos across the whole terrain- gut, skin, mood, immunity, digestion.

Let us all slow down, practice patience, give the elder a great parking spot, slow down on the roads, smile at strangers and have deep empathy.

A Friday arvo indulging in scrumptious food, a cocktail, sunshine and time together.

The past few months… and especially the past few days, have reminded me just how short and precious this life truly is. 🌿
