For those that listen to you know it’s the beginning of a new Dipcus (28day cycle). This time we’re doing 15 mins of deep squat each day. Doesn’t have to be in one go, accumulate it as the day goes on. It’s magic for the hips, back, knees and ankles not to mention gut. For me this was a challenge on day 1 and day 2 not much better but looking forward to seeing the changes over this 3rd Dipcus.

February—The Month of Hearts & Second Chances.
It’s been a while since I last posted… and to be honest, I’ve often feel self-conscious about post stuff online.
But here’s the thing- I think I might have learnt some stuff over the years that people may want hear, I haven on a journey. One of those moments led me here—to an SBS TV studio, sharing my own heart health journey after a wake-up call that changed everything.
February is all about heart health (and, let’s be real, second chances). So this month, I want to share what I’ve learned—because whether it’s beating for your loved ones or beating to keep you alive, your heart deserves some love too.
If you’ve ever felt self-conscious about starting something new, here’s your reminder—it’s never too late to begin.
